This is the last photo taken of me & my grandma. It was taken about a month before she passed away. I had forgotten my mom had taken it. She sent me some pictures that she had taken of us before the funeral and as I was flipping through them, she had included this one. I was totally not expecting it and had a bit of a *moment*.love you grandma!
