Father's Day

Most mornings when we have Spencer, Matt gets up with him while I sleep (spoiled, aren't I?). So, on Father's Day Spencer and I let Matt lay around and be lazy until it was time to go to his parents for lunch. Here is a snapshot of Spencer lying in bed with Matt as he reads the paper.

Later we had Matt do a scavenger hunt to find his gifts, which included a birdhouse, birdbath and a cup decorated by Spencer.











We had lunch at Matt's parents. Matt's dad's birthday always falls near or on Father's Day so we celebrate the two occasions together. Here is Matt and Spencer with Matt's parents.
