frugal friday {6.17}

i made three stops today...walgreen's, bi-lo, and food lion.

walgreen's
the cashier that helped me and rang me up was very nice. after last week, i had a bad taste in my mouth with walgreen's, so it was nice to have a better experience. i went to a brand new store near our house because they had some grand opening specials in this week's paper.

~maxwell house coffee $5.99 for the big ole tub. what a steal. i think it's normally $10.99, maybe more
~photo package (different sizes of the same photo) - normally $9.99, on sale for $5.00 (grand opening special)
~4x6 prints (29, I think) - I got 20 free (grand opening special)
~3 card sampler with the purchase of a Hallmark card. i purchased a 99 cent one. So, basically I got 4 cards for 25 cents each (grand opening special)
~used $3 off $10 coupon (from grand opening flyer)
~$1 RR from last purchase

yup, back again so soon! i love being able to stack coupons! got some baby deals...
important note - two of the main reasons I went here...dog food & diapers - the items both rang up (and were advertised in store) at $1 higher than what was advertised in the paper. i pointed it out to the cashier in the flyer and she adjusted the prices.
