Photo Editing Class {lesson 9}

Lesson 9 was creating *edge burn*. This is a technique that is from the actual darkroom but we are imitating in Photoshop. Basically it just darkens the edges of a photo while leaving the focal point "normal". Below are two versions - one color and one black & white. I must admit I'm not wowed by this technique. There might be some photos that lend themselves to something like this, but in general I don't think it's that exciting :)
