tiny tip tuesday {water}

i try pretty hard to drink the recommended 8 glasses of water a day (64 ounces). i do a much better job on days that i'm in the office and fail pretty miserably on the weekends. but, i have found one small trick that really helps me. drink from a large water bottle with a straw. for some reason, using a straw makes me drink a significantly larger amount. i have found that if i use a large water bottle, i'm also more likely to hit my goal because it doesn't need constant refilling. my favorite is one that holds about 3 cups of water. three of those a day and you've exceeded your goal!!!
